The Basics
Easy-to-use database for provider profiles, location information, documents, enrollment profiles, and more!
This database is highly secured, constantly moderated, and reviewed for any updates needed to improve user experience. Additionally, it is being updated to include more information, more tools, and is available 24/7!
Designated credentialing specialist.
For a more personal service and to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other credentialing guidelines, every customer will have their own designated credentialing specialist who’ll be the only contact who can view their information.
Customer Acceptance Limits.
The only limits we apply to customers are the limits of the number of providers and/or payers we can handle. However, this limit only applies to very high numbers. Please make sure to contact us to find our path!
Full Transparency.
Customers will receive all the intel regarding their enrollments and other information. Additionally, all the information will be available for you in the database.
What We Do
As a health insurance credentialing company, we take care of several credentialing tasks to ensure your health group and providers are enrolled and have the correct and full information with payers for patients to feel safer with their providers.
Some of those tasks are:
Enrolling Providers
Medical, Dental, Visual, and others! We handle both linkages and new enrollments.
Enrolling Groups
Thinking of entering a new insurance for your group and all providers? We got you covered!
Enrollment Monitoring
Even after enrolling, we monitor the recredentialing dates and any other needed information to ensure participation with payers does not discontinue.
Demographic Updates
When beginning with Pathway, we will ensure all your providers are enrolled with the needed payers and have their full information. Customers will get a list of changes that may be needed.
Re-Credentialing
From ensuring CAQH is attested to handling large applications, we will ensure participation is always active!
Appeals
If available by the payer, when a requested effective date is not respected, we will ensure this can be fixed as quickly as possible.

Following our fourth value, we’d like to explain our limitations to you:
External Privileges
Payer Pathway currently does not handle credentialing with external privileges.
Internal Privileges
While we can manage your providers’ documents to ensure participation with payers, packets for internal privileging are not handled by Pathway.
Number of payers/providers
As explained before, this only applies to a very high number of providers. Please contact us to know our availability for you!
NPDB and Verifications with Additional Fees
We are working on clearing the path to complete these tasks. For now, we are sorry to inform we can only monitor the expiration dates.
